Makes a pretty classic Tapa!
Ingredients
- Jumbo Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Garlic, chopped finely,
Method
Marinate shrimp in a little bowl with garlic, a dash of oil and a
nice amount of vinegar for 20 minutes. Set shrimp on skewers and grill
over coals 2 minutes a side or until they looks nice and cooked. Serve
in a little terra cotta bowl.
If you are especially cool, build a mini charcoal grill out of a coffee can and grill it on your tiny apartment window sill.
